ANIMAL FARM!!!

What I see in my head as I read Animal Farm is the animals. I see Old Major as the leader of the farm. I also see him as the one animal that keeps the others as the one who keeps them all together. The three dogs, Jessie, Pincher, and Bluebell. I picture them as the three brothers of the animals. I see the pigs, hens, pigeons, sheep, and the cows as the animals who do there jobs and don't really do much complaining. I see the two cart horses, Boxer and clover as the big animals that you don't mess with. I see the goat Muriel as one of those who doesn't say much also. The last animal is Benjamin the donkey. I see him as the meanest animal on the farm because he has been there the longest. These animals remind me of the people that you see in the hallways of high school. You have those people that say what they want when they want. You have those people who don't say much at all and then you have those who who are the meanest. Then you have the leaders of the school. Those are the people who participate in almost all the school activities and are really cool to most people.

WHAT HAS POWER OVER YOU?

What is the most powerful thing in your life? Sometimes people think that it is there parents and others think that it is there friends, but i think that the most powerful thing in my life are people in general. When I say that it is people in general I mean that it can be a person off the street that I don't even know. There are other things in my life that hold power but this is the one that always gets me. I think that people let others have power in their life when they are missing something or they are lost in a way. Have you ever said something to someone and they give you a smart answer for no reason? When someone does that to me it gets me in a angry mood until something happens to make me feel better. Though people let others have power over them because they have the fear of being alone. They feel that if they let that person have power over them then they will not leave them. Because I am very emotional and I don't like it when people have a bad attitude towards me i let people have the power of putting me in a bad mood. Sometimes when someone says something to me I kind of get an attitude with them when I am angry. Even though, I shouldn't do that but i guess that i let people rub off on me.

There are many things in history that are very important. There is one that really touches me. That is racism. There are two main ones that are really important to me which are racism with blacks and Jews. Here is a good website that I found to give good information on racism. This is another good website on racism. I have learned that there are many more accounts of racism than you think that there is. Here is a video of people in the racism days.

Why are people judged by the way they look?

Sometimes you may wear a funky looking shirt or someone may say something about what you are wearing. But when I say the way that they look I mean there color. There are many times in History where people were kicked or put of their town or discriminated against. When I say discriminated i think of the times when there was racism. There is many times in History where people were discriminated against.

Intro

There are many religions and believes in the world. I want to tell you about one religion that I am very interested in. That religion is Christianity.

FOUNDER

The founder of Christianity is Jesus himself. Jesus was persecuted because he had many followers. Jesus' followers came in many many many shapes and sizes. Don't forget abis disci

ples. He has 12 of them. The disciples' names were James, John, Philip, Nathaniel, Matthew, Thomas, Peter, Simon/ The Zealot, Judas, Jude, Andrew, Simon/peter. These men were

very very close Jesus. Jesus is the son of God. Jesus is also know as Jesus Christ. The life of Jesus can be read in the bible. Some people believe that the bible was expanded by writers to make the story more than what it actually was. There are other people that believe that the Bible was written by Jesus himself. Jesus is sometimes know as Jesus the Christ. Christian refer to him as the Messiah.

Number of followers & their location today

There are about 2 billion people that claim that they are Christians. Most christians believe in the same things as some catholic. Christians believe in angels, demons, afterlife, the devil, the God, and human nature.

Holy books/ Sacred texts

One of the sacred texts is the Bible. The Bible is the primary sacred text. It comes from the latin word biblia, which mean books in latin. There also is the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. When I say that it is the foundation I mean that the New Testament just gives details about the Old testament.

Religious Holidays

There are many holidays that christians celebrate but these are the most know, Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick's day, Valentines day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, and Halloween. There are other holidays but theses are the most known ones.

Rituals/Customs

Christians believe in the Christian God, the Trinity Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary. They also believe in the Devil and Angles. The also believe in the afterlife and Hell.

Dress/Clothing

Christians do not dress a particular way. The ware t-shirts, jeans, sweatshirts, and they wear tennis shoes.

Hierarchy/Organization

Christians go to church to worship God and the Lord. When they are at church they pray and sing songs about God. The read things out of the bible.

Have you ever lost something?

Have you ever lost something that really meant a lot to you? Well I have, and I missed it some much and I felt like I was lost without it. It's kind of the way you lose someone that you have feelings for. Have you ever lost someone that has always been there for you? Have you ever hurt someone that it eventually it finally gets to you? When you first realize that it is gone, it feels like apart of you is missing. I felt like my arms were just cut off because I couldn't hold it anymore. It felt like I couldn't feel my fingers because it wouldn't touch my fingers any more. It was hard for me to forget about what I had lost. I really miss that friend that I lost.

Relationships

Sometimes people don't know what to do when they are having relationship problems. But I found a pretty good website that has helped me with a lot of things that I have been confused about. This is the website. this site has really good information. Some of the things on the site are signs. I learned that if you are constantly irritated and you have constant frustration that is a sign of having problems. From personal experience I have learned that avoiding the situation isn't always best. I learned that no matter how much it might hurt or how big the lump in your throat is, it's always best just to talk to whoever you are having problems with. Another website that I found good information on is this website. I learned from this website is that sometimes you have to try to understand the point of the other person is trying to say and get across. It isn't always a good thing just to get your point across and walk away from the situation. I'm not saying that staying while each of you are screaming is the right thing to do. Sometimes you do need to walk away from the situation when nothing is getting accomplished. When i am in an argument with one of my friends I don't always listen to what they are saying because I am so mad. I know that's not the best thing to do but sometimes i get so mad and that doesn't make anything better. If you have any other advice on how to deal with relationships PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Introduction

For the first time in my class we are getting to blog. The class is on team 3, and its pretty cool that our teacher is letting us blog.

I am going to start at the begging of when it all started! No not at the begging of my life but the begging of what I want you to know. It all started when we moved. I was so excited for us moving until the day came. When my mom told us that we were moving we all jumped for joy. (Before i go any further, when I say we I mean me and my family. There is seven of all together but there was only four that was supposed to move.) After we realized what we were gonna be leaving behind. When the day came to move there was only three that were going to be moving to the NEW HOUSE!!!! The only three people that were left were me, my two brothers, my mom and my god dad. They loved the house but me personally wasn't loving it so much. Some people say that I missed my home and then others say that I didn't like it because I kind of lost all that i knew. I guess that everything that everyone said was true and more. Have you ever wanted something so bad that it didn't matter what you lost? If you have does that make you selfish?
